🛍️ Do you make your products yourself?
Every RetroRaradise item is made to order just for you! We partner with top-quality print and production partners to bring our art designs to life — whether it’s apparel, drinkware, home décor or art prints. Each product is sustainably printed, sewn or embroidered after you place your order. No mass production, no overstock, no waste. Our designs are exclusive to RetroRaradise, so you won’t find these unique designs anywhere else.
⏰ How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- U.S. orders: usually arrive in 5–10 business days after production
- International orders: typically arrive in 10–20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
🚚 Do you offer rush shipping?
At this time, we don’t offer expedited or overnight shipping because all items are made to order. We only work with vetted, fast & reliable production partners.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing, or style changes. View our return policy here.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at retroraradise@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
📦 What if my order arrives damaged or the wrong item shows up?
We’ve got you covered! Just email us with your order number, a few photos of the issue and we’ll send a replacement or refund — no hassle.
✈️ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on region and customs clearance.
🎁 Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. While we don’t currently offer custom gift wrapping, all products arrive neatly packaged and ready to make someone smile.
🧼 How should I care for my items?
- Apparel: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry.
- Art: Wipe acrylic art with a microfiber towel as needed
- Minky blankets & soft goods: Wash cold, tumble dry on low, no bleach or iron.
- Drinkware: All drinkware we offer is dishwasher safe – we believe in rugged gear that fits into your lifestyle.
🌎 Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
To keep things speedy and efficient, items may ship separately if they’re made in different facilities (for example, a mug and a t-shirt). You’ll receive tracking info for each package.
