Every item we create is made to order — designed, printed, and packaged just for you. Because of this custom production process, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues or change of mind.

That said, your happiness matters to us, and we’ll always make things right if something isn’t up to standard.


đź§ľ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email us at retroraradise@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.


📦 Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management first. If it’s still missing after 5 business days, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Some items are not returnable:

Downloadable software products, digital downloads, etc.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless we work with you to do so.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Item with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
